5PC Process
The 5pc Technology is a meticulous 5-point inspection process specifically designed to ensure the high quality of plywood before it reaches customers.
- Each layer of core veneers and face veneers undergoes a thorough visual inspection to meticulously select and verify their uniform thickness and appropriate moisture level.
- The quality of every batch of glue (200 kg) is extensively tested in our in-house laboratory before it is approved for production.
- After production, each individual unit of plywood undergoes a rigorous hammer test to assess its durability and strength.
- Every batch of plywood is subjected to comprehensive in-house laboratory testing, adhering to the parameters set by IS:303 and IS:710, to evaluate its performance across various criteria.
- Additionally, each batch of plywood undergoes a nail test to determine its resistance and structural integrity.
- By employing the 5pc Technology, we ensure that the plywood reaching our customers is free from defects, guaranteeing their satisfaction with the product’s quality.
Bi Layered Treatment (BLT)
Rayon plywood undergoes a bi-layered treatment process to safeguard it against various forms of biological damage, such as wood rotting, fungi, insects, borers, and termites.
- In the first layer of treatment, each veneer is subjected to Glue Line Poison (GLP) treatment, ensuring enhanced protection.
- After the manufacturing process, each sheet of plywood receives an additional treatment called A.C.C. (Acid, Chrome, Copper), further fortifying it against potential biological threats.
